This album was recorded in my parents' basement in burnaby, and then a basement with black mold and heavy rats in it, my first place between the ages of 20-22.

It was recorded and mixed on a broken Tascam 424 MKII and broken Tascam 388, then transferred to computer with no further editing.

Thank you Family, Friends, Amanda J, and all the artists around that time that provided so much influence and energy to work off of.

Thanks M and D for letting me make so much noise trying to figure this out in the basement and thank you to my housemates on Jackson Ave for not hating me for making music in the horror basement.
